My name is Tomás Touceda, I hold a Licenciatura degree in Computer Science and I’ve been working in the privacy and anonymity sector since 2012.

I’ve worked for companies that focus on developing systems that protect their user’s privacy. I started as a Core Developer for the Tor Project, then joined Unixono as a partner and through them collaborated as a Lead Client Developer for LEAP. I worked at SpiderOak in multiple roles for 5 years after LEAP, spending my last 2 years as Director of Engineering there. Currently, I’m the Director of Engineering at ShipHero and constantly being amazed by the scale of a business I knew nothing about.
